As a Microsoft Gold Partner for the Dynamics Business Solutions portfolio, specialising
in the implementation and integration of Microsoft Dynamics AX, we have in the last 7 years
proved our value for practical delivery time and again, with a roll call of leading companies
that we are proud to call our customers across the manufacturing and distribution sector.
True to our roots, eBECS focus on identifying specific aspects of ERP implementation where we believe
that we can provide added value, using our deep business knowledge in manufacturing and distribution with
our extensive knowledge of systems and business integration. eBECS is much more than a simple software reseller;
our passion is to work with our clients as partners to ensure that they gain true competitive advantage.
That is why In Spring 2003, we launched eBECS Lean Enterprise, which for the first time provides complete
Lean Manufacturing capability to the Microsoft Dynamics AX solution. We knew the competitive advantage that
Lean thinking offered our customers, but we also knew that traditional ERP far from helping was actually a
barrier to the introduction of Lean operations. Using 100% Microsoft components, fully integrated with core
Dynamics AX, we revolutionised the AX product to create the first truly lean ERP solution in the world.
Lean Enterprise for Microsoft Dynamics AX is already a critical component in several of the largest Microsoft
Dynamics AX implementations in the world.
In 2007, our reputation for quality delivery has been compounded when Microsoft made the decision to acquire
the Lean Enterprise code from eBECS.
Based in Chesterfield, England eBECS now has a permanent presence in the USA. A state-of-the-art software
development centre has been established in Jordan to enable international clients to benefit from offshore sourcing.
In December 2004, we launched eBECS Enterprise Distribution Call Centre Management (eDCCM), providing a truly integrated
solution for companies that need seamless support through call centre to warehousing, logistics and distribution.
Our first customer JJ Food Services achieved a phenomenal return on their investment using eDCCM and we are now
rolling the solution out to our network of trusted partners around the world.
In 2006, JJ Food Services as the first customer of eDCCM won the British Computer Society award for
Best ERP Solution against such names as Car Phone Warehouse and ITV.
In the same year eBECS was acclaimed as one of Britain’s fastest growing tech companies in
The Sunday Times Microsoft Tech Track 100.
