Product Architect - CCM
Summary of Requirement
Working in a specialist team you will be involved in project work and will play a key role in the product development
lifecycle of our CCM product. CCM is fully integrated with Microsoft Dynamics AX, and provides a single integrated
solution that seamlessly links call centre operations, web ordering, customer relationship management and Enterprise
Resource Planning (ERP) processes together.

MS CRM Consultant

Working as part of an experienced CRM team, alongside the Dynamics AX team, implementing project based
work for one of the UK’s top suppliers of Dynamics solutions.

- Has deep understanding of the business integration between the various functions that make up an Enterprise organisation
- Ability to identify business/project risk and mitigate or communicate as appropriate
- Understands strategic corporate decision making and can converse as an equal with Operations, Finance and Managing Directors, meeting customer expectations of business knowledge, skills and behaviour
- Graduate preferred although considerable industry/business experience would also be considered.
- A high level of motivation and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment are essential

Project Manager
Summary of Requirement
An experienced Project Manager who has a demonstrable track record of delivering complex Tier 1
ERP projects within the manufacturing and distribution sector, preferably with automotive, aerospace
& defence, high tech, or product distribution experience ideally of a multi-site configuration.
The ideal candidate will have direct experience of these sectors holding a senior managerial role in an
enterprise level complex manufacturing and/or distribution company, who has since moved into the ERP
solution provider role.

- Reference capability on at least 5 complex projects for which they have had full managerial responsibility
- Has deep understanding of the business integration between the various functions that make up an Enterprise organisation
- Detailed understanding of the production, trade and logistics function
- Understands strategic corporate decision making and can converse as an equal with Operations, Finance and Managing directors
Desirable Requirement
- Currently works in a senior project management consulting role for a Tier 1 ERP vendor or reseller

Pre Sales Consultant
Summary of Requirement
The objective of the role is to sell integrated business software solutions with consultancy and system
integration services. The Pre Sales Consultant will need to understand potential and existing clients’
business issues and construct solutions from the various products and services provided by the Company,
recommending external solutions if required.
The Pre Sales Consultant will be responsible for ensuring eBECS understand the client’s needs, selecting
the optimal solution, sometimes building a proof of concept or a customised demonstration, and working
alongside our Sales team to demonstrate and present the solution effectively and professionally.
