Product Architect - CCM

Summary of Requirement

Working in a specialist team you will be involved in project work and will play a key role in the product development lifecycle of our CCM product. CCM is fully integrated with Microsoft Dynamics AX, and provides a single integrated solution that seamlessly links call centre operations, web ordering, customer relationship management and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) processes together.

MS CRM Consultant

Summary of Requirement

Working as part of an experienced CRM team, alongside the Dynamics AX team, implementing project based work for one of the UK’s top suppliers of Dynamics solutions.

• 2-3 years MS CRM experience (certification preferred)

Application Consultant

To provide application consultancy, implementation services, training and support to customers, rospective customers and operational processes as required. Delivering superior business and software application services to our clients, creating high quality, and sustainable client solutions according to our Project Methodology and project plan.

• Vertical industry knowledge in any of the following; Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive or Distribution
• Used to operating in an ERP environment using a Tier 1 solution (e.g. SAP / Baan / AX / Oracle)
• Has deep understanding of the business integration between the various functions that make up an Enterprise organisation
• Ability to identify business/project risk and mitigate or communicate as appropriate
• Understands strategic corporate decision making and can converse as an equal with Operations, Finance and Managing Directors, meeting customer expectations of business knowledge, skills and behaviour
• Graduate preferred although considerable industry/business experience would also be considered.
• A high level of motivation and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment are essential
• There is a high degree of travel associated with this role, both in the UK and potentially globally

Desirable Requirement

• Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics AX HR module
• Currently works in a consulting role for a Tier 1 ERP vendor or reseller
• Foreign language business spoken (German and French)

Project Manager

Summary of Requirement

An experienced Project Manager who has a demonstrable track record of delivering complex Tier 1 ERP projects within the manufacturing and distribution sector, preferably with automotive, aerospace & defence, high tech, or product distribution experience ideally of a multi-site configuration. The ideal candidate will have direct experience of these sectors holding a senior managerial role in an enterprise level complex manufacturing and/or distribution company, who has since moved into the ERP solution provider role.

• Senior managerial role in at least two complex manufacturing and/or distribution enterprise level companies
• Used to operating in an ERP environment using a Tier 1 solution (e.g. SAP / Baan / AX / Oracle)
• Reference capability on at least 5 complex projects for which they have had full managerial responsibility
• Has deep understanding of the business integration between the various functions that make up an Enterprise organisation
• Detailed understanding of the production, trade and logistics function
• Understands strategic corporate decision making and can converse as an equal with Operations, Finance and Managing directors

Desirable Requirement

• Currently works in a senior project management consulting role for a Tier 1 ERP vendor or reseller
• Direct experience of working with Microsoft Dynamics AX
• SureStep certification
• PRINCE2 certification
• Foreign language business spoken (German and French)

Pre Sales Consultant

Summary of Requirement

The objective of the role is to sell integrated business software solutions with consultancy and system integration services. The Pre Sales Consultant will need to understand potential and existing clients’ business issues and construct solutions from the various products and services provided by the Company, recommending external solutions if required.

The Pre Sales Consultant will be responsible for ensuring eBECS understand the client’s needs, selecting the optimal solution, sometimes building a proof of concept or a customised demonstration, and working alongside our Sales team to demonstrate and present the solution effectively and professionally.

• Excellent knowledge of Dynamics AX
• Knowledge of at least 3 of the following; Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance or Warehousing
• Experience of implementations as an implementations consultant
• Outstanding presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to produce accurate project estimates
• Sound business acumen and commercial knowledge
• Strong problem solving skills
• Experience of working to challenging deadlines
• Ability to identify business/project risk and mitigate or communicate as necessary
• Must have excellent written and spoken English in business letters, emails, quotations, proposals and business reports.
