MS CRM Consultant
Working as part of an experienced CRM team, alongside the Dynamics AX team, implementing project based work for one of the UK’s top suppliers of Dynamics solutions.
A team player, where personal glory plays second base to team success and customer service is a passion. A poised individual who engenders confidence in the people around them including the customer, who can think fast on their feet in the client setting and is prepared to do whatever it takes to deliver value to the customer. An organiser who has the ability to focus and manage the detail whilst keeping site of the wider project picture, who can demonstrate initiative and possesses a strong can-do attitude. Somebody who relishes change and is able to motivate both themselves and others and enjoys travel both in the UK and potentially globally.
2-3 years MS CRM experience (certification preferred, plus AX CRM experience would be an advantage).
Successful candidate must have experience of at least 3 CRM implementations in all the modules.
Strong knowledge of business process analysis, functional process design, application setups & implementation methodology.
Ability to conduct conference room pilots & training.
Working knowledge of SQL Server, Windows & Office.
Up to date with technology trends, industry standards and terminologies.
Excellent communication & presentation skills.
Team player.
Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent written & spoken English language skills.
SharePoint & MS Dynamics ERP experience would be an added advantage.
Used to managing interfaces between MS dynamics CRM and other systems e.g. Scribe.
Foreign language spoken (German and French).
Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in Engineering/Computer Science preferred although considerable industry/business experience would also be considered.
Must have own car and valid driving license
Must have valid passport that will allow entry to North America & necessary papers to work in the UK

AX Support Administrator
To deliver application support services to both customers and operational processes as appropriate. This role would be ideally suited to an end-user ‘super user’ who would like to progress their career with a leading Microsoft Gold Partner. The Support Administrator will assist in the support of AX & MS CRM to existing customers and a growing client base.
A team player and an organiser who has the ability to prioritise and manage the detail, who can work accurately, with strong customer facing skills and who has the willingness to accept change. This role will be very much office based. However, for the right candidate, working from home on occasion may be a possibility. The need for an outgoing personality and strong customer facing skills are essential
Working knowledge of Dynamics AX is essential
Previous helpdesk (telephone support) experience is essential
Effective problem solving and analysis skills
Knowledge of accounting, either by experience or qualification
Good Microsoft skills
Excellent telephone manner and both verbal & written communications skills
Effective listening skills with a high level of attention to detail
Knowledge of MS CRM
Knowledge of manufacturing and distribution business processes
Business Development Executive - KSA & Gulf States
To sell business solutions and software, in line with eBECS’s product portfolio, partner base and strategic direction
A self starter, you will have a demonstrable track record in new business development, ideally with a Tier 1 ERP solution. You will be a skilled communicator and negotiator with excellent client facing skills and a strong business acumen. Ideally educated to degree level, however significant relevant business experience may also be considered.
Experience must include a proven track record in business development with a Tier1 ERP business solution
Must be capable of generating your own leads whenever possible through your own work and initiatives
Practical experience of developing new business vertical markets in line with business strategy
Vertical industry knowledge in any of the following; Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive or Distribution
There is a high degree of travel associated with this role, both in the KSA and potentially globally
Excellent written & spoken English
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX would be a clear advantage

Business Intelligence Consultant
To provide consultancy, implementation services, training and support to customers, prospective customers and operational processes as required. Successful candidates will lead activity in the design, build and support of data reporting solutions using the Microsoft Business Intelligence stack and web-based applications.

An organiser who has the ability to focus and manage the detail whilst keeping site of the wider project picture, who can demonstrate initiative and possesses a strong can-do attitude. A minimum of three years experience of effective business solution delivery using the Microsoft BI toolset (SSAS, SSIS, SSRS)
Strong OLAP including MDX
Relational database structures and SQL, preferably with SQL Server 2008
Proven ability to deliver high quality IT solutions within agreed timescales
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Proven ability to pick up new concepts and technologies
Business and requirements analysis
Excellent customer facing and presentation skills
Willingness to travel regularly
