eBECS Appointed by Audio-Technica to Provide an ERP and CRM Solution that Listens and Reacts Quickly to its Customers' Needs

Microsoft Business Solutions partner eBECS has been appointed by Audio-Technica to deliver a Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM solution that significantly improves the level of service it delivers to its customers.

Audio Technica identified a need for the fast deployment of a solution that is easy to use and will provide its field-based sales force with a clear view of its clients’ needs and status. The complementary combination of Microsoft Dynamics AX and CRM will provide Audio Technica with seamless integration into its existing IT systems and also the security of investing in a solution that has long term development plans.
