Top 3 things eBECS would like you to know relating to Microsoft Dynamics CRM

1.     CRM 2013 is coming!

Microsoft have announced that Dynamics CRM 2013 (previously code-named Orion) will be released for both Online and On Premise customers in Autumn 2013. Stay tuned for a special newsletter coming out shortly dedicated to this new release.

2.     eBECS and Microsoft Convergence Events

Following the success of the Microsoft Convergence Event in March 2013, Microsoft has announced a Convergence Event for the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions. To be held in Barcelona from 4-6 November 2013, the event will feature new announcements for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, CRM 2013 as well as functional and technical breakout sessions.

Our customers who attended the event in New Orleans earlier this year all agreed it was a fantastic showcase and everyone came away with information, ideas and inspiration. We published a short article on the New Orleans Convergence event on our website

eBECS will be communicating more about this over the next couple of months, so save the dates in your diary! You can read more about the event here 

Due to the timing of this event, eBECS will be moving its annual event, usually held in November, into the new year. We are aiming for the eBECS Customer Convergence to be held in early 2014 and more details will be provided once we finalise the dates.

3.      Social Media Accelerator for CRM

If you want to get involved with Social Media through Dynamics CRM, but can’t wait for CRM 2013, there is a free option.
