A Thank-You Note to Our Customers

Convergence 2013, Microsoft’s annual event for Dynamics customers and partners has been a fantastic success.  Over the course of four days in New Orleans, Louisiana, Microsoft ran a combination of application and technical sessions, keynotes, and deep-dives, and provided a colossal exhibition hall for partners to showcase their solutions.

As thought leaders in Microsoft Dynamics AX and CRM, eBECS had over 20 team members from our US and UK offices together with a significant number of customers in attendance.  All found it to be a success. Team members and a number of customers commented that in 3 days, they had gained weeks of product knowledge, made new contacts throughout the industry, and explored innovative ideas for business optimization.  Additionally, to eBECS’ delight, Microsoft awarded Rif Kiamil from JJ Food Services a Business Visionary Award for their world class achievements with Dynamics AX.

eBECS thanked its customers in attendance with an evening steamboat trip on the Mississippi River.  We were proud to hear Steve Donnelly, from Marshalls UK, comment “eBECS continues to prove to be the best Microsoft partner from a service delivery perspective  – they also know how to throw a damn good party!”
