eBECS, the leading total Microsoft Business Solutions implementation partner, has been selected to participate in the Microsoft Dynamics Industry Partner Programme, in recognition of eBECS’ deep expertise and experience in the Manufacturing, Services and Retail industries.
The aim of the programme is to showcase Microsoft’s most successful ERP and CRM partners within key industries, and so make it easier for customers to find the tailored, industry-specific Microsoft expertise and solutions they need.
eBECS met the programme’s stringent criteria, which includes industry expertise, subject matter expertise and business results. As a result, eBECS is eligible for Microsoft incentives and investment to help extend reach and impact with customers in the Manufacturing, Services and Retail Industries.
Stephen Wilson, Marketing Director at eBECS said: “Since our inception in 1999, eBECS has been committed to an industry focus through our consulting expertise, templated delivery approaches and industry partnerships. eBECS is delighted to be selected for this programme and look forward to delivering further benefits to existing and new customers in these industries.”
Wilson added: “Knowledge and expertise transfer across industries is also key to the way eBECS works. Technology solutions developed for clients in one industry sector are often equally applicable to other sectors. The Internet of Things (IoT) is one such example – Services, Retail and Manufacturing companies can all benefit in different ways from essentially similar solutions.”
eBECS has already delivered a comprehensive ‘Big Data’ and RFID tag solution for Berendsen plc, who provide textile and commercial laundry services across 16 European countries. According to Wilson, the Azure-based IoT solution uses HDInsight integrated with Power BI and Excel to manage an inventory of 4 million RFID tagged assets – with four tags read, on average, every second.
Victor Moralaes, VP Partner Sales and Strategy, Microsoft Dynamics, commented: “The Microsoft Dynamics Industry Partner Programme is designed to better serve our customers in priority industries and to work with the most innovative companies to provide tailored solutions that enable businesses to better engage with their customers.”
Moralaes added: “Given eBECS’ considerable experience and positive impact in the Manufacturing, Services and Retail industries, we are excited about our working together to expand our reach and best serve our mutual customers.”
