Customer value drives cloud innovation – Microsoft case study

Microsoft have written a case study about us that I wanted to share as it’s a fantastic endorsement of the hard work and dedication that all of us here at eBECS put in to deliver business value to our customers.  From our internal CEO’s ‘Kings Speeches” to our collaboration with Microsoft to ensure that we not only understand their roadmap and solutions, we also get onto Microsoft’s panels to pass on customer feedback to Microsoft. 

The case study also talks about our expertise in delivering Total Microsoft Business Solutions – in Microsoft’s own words – “eBECS delivers what it uniquely calls “Total Microsoft Business Solutions” to customers. The company is so good at it, that it is one of a handful of partners in the United Kingdom invited to the Microsoft Inner Circle program.  Praise indeed! Thank you Microsoft.

The article also covers how we’ve evolved over the last 15 years from an ERP solution provider to an approach that became less about the software and more about driving business value for customers.  And how this let to our focus on CRM, BI, and then into becoming early adopters of the Cloud, and IoT.  And how this in turn has resulted in the competitive advantage that we see today – and hence have been recognised for by Microsoft in this case study.
