eBECS supports Microsoft’s return-to-work initiative for ERP and CRM IT professionals

eBECS, the leading total Microsoft Business Solutions implementation partner, is proud to be a key member of Microsoft’s ‘Diversity in Dynamics’ UK return-to-work programme, which is part of Microsoft’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy.

The enterprising ‘Diversity in Dynamics’ initiative facilitates the re-entry into the workplace of high calibre IT professionals with ERP or CRM experience who have taken a break in their career.

The paid return-to-work programme is designed to get people residing in the UK back into the workplace and into a permanent new IT consultancy career through official Microsoft Dynamics training provided by Microsoft.

“Growing companies like eBECS are in constant need of a rich pool of talent to meet the growing global demand for our services,” said Louisa Allison, Group HR Director at eBECS. “The re-entry programme means we now have access to a pool of very capable individuals who, for a variety of reasons, have taken a career break and are looking to re-enter the workplace for a career in IT consultancy and Microsoft Dynamics.”

“This unique return-to-work initiative starts in September 2017,” continued Allison. “Our return internships undergo a 16-week programme that includes free Microsoft Dynamics 365 training created by Microsoft, coupled with hands-on practical training on-site at eBECS. We are very excited by this programme and expect it to further diversify our workforce with those who have taken time-out to do other things.”
