Microsoft Azure Integration Hub

The Microsoft integration-Platform-as-a-Service (iPaaS) is a suite of cloud services enabling development, execution and governance of data flows – connecting a combination of on-premises and cloud processes, services, applications and data. In effect, it provides an end-to-end solution for a collaborative data hub.

One of the biggest challenges for a business is to provide one version of the truth to data analysts, developers and data scientists. The aim of a data hub is to overcome this, but also provide data in different structures and formats which can facilitate all consumers. For example, integrating web API’s alongside transactional data is very difficult to achieve using traditional BI techniques, however, within the Azure iPaaS platform, it is simple.

The 45-minute session will look at specific orchestration and integration tools – such as Data Factory, Logic Apps and Event Hubs. Whilst they all perform different tasks within an Integration Hub, we will show you how they are used together to form one, wholistic solution. All levels of expertise are welcome to participate in the interactive workshop.
